Shipping Notes

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the product(s), including packaging.

For FedEx, DHL & China Post (Express/Priority):

• Rates are charged for every 0.5 kg.

• Example: If your package weighs 0.35 kg, it will be rounded up to 0.5 kg.

For Poslaju Mail (within Malaysia only):

• Rates are charged for every 1 kg.

• Example: If your package weighs 0.65 kg, it will be rounded up to 1 kg.

For Normal Airmail / Air Parcel:

• Rates are calculated for every 0.1 kg (for the first 0.5 kg).

• Thereafter, rates are charged per 0.5 kg.

• Example:

  • If your package weighs 0.3 kg, it will be charged at the 0.1 kg rate (for the first 0.5 kg).

  • If your package weighs 1 kg, the first 0.5 kg will be charged per 0.1 kg, and the remaining 0.5 kg will be charged as 0.5 kg.

General Shipping Policy

1. Worldwide Shipping — (Except restricted countries and APO/FPO addresses).

2. Orders are processed promptly after payment verification.

3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. The shipping address should match your billing address.

4. Product images are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual item.

5. Transit time is provided by the courier service and excludes weekends and holidays. Delivery may take longer during holiday seasons.

6. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of payment, please contact us immediately. We will track your order and get back to you as soon as possible.

   Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!

7. Estimated Delivery Time: Depends on your location and chosen courier service.

Return Policy:(Wholesale buyers not included)

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the item after receiving it.

   • If the item remains in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

   • No exceptions.

   • Shipping costs are shared equally between buyer and seller.

2. All returned items must be in original packaging, and you must provide:

   • A valid tracking number

   • The specific reason for return

   • Your order ID

3. We will refund the full purchase amount once the item is received in its original condition with all accessories included, after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction on AliExpress.

   • Alternatively, you may choose a replacement.

4. We will bear all shipping costs if the product(s) received are not as described or advertised.
