I’m always hesitant to buy Yaphones phones, let alone 2 at one time, but these two did not disappoint. They looked like new when opened, no scratches, and most importantly they work! The batteries for both were nearly 100% when we received them. We had no issues transferring information from our old phones to these, an a week later, both still work great and hold their battery charge.

I’m TOTALLY THRILLED to find my iPhone (USED) 16. It’s even in the color I wanted. Seriously zero problems, marks or scratches. Like brand new right out of the box! A very durable phone, and value for money. Why pay for a new one? WHY?? When you can get A plus Grade for hundreds less.

Rolled the bones in July ’25 on a 16 since the 17 release was pending and paying full retail seemed bonkers this close to release. previous phone (iphone 13) started failing cause the top 1/3 of the screen went black and was unusable (cracked) so i had to do something.

I ordered 2 identical phones for my husband and I. They arrived early, in plain brown boxes. The charging cord included in both was generic. The setup was incredibly easy- each one took about 20 minutes. My husband’s took a little longer bc he couldn’t remember his Apple ID. The battery health was 100%. Both phones were in excellent condition and for all intents and purposes, appear brand new. Like many others, I was very skeptical and considered buying directly from Apple but there wasn’t much inventory to choose from. So far, we’re very satisfied with our purchase.

Phone arrived in poor unsecured packaging. Screen has light scratches on the top corner of the screen. Along with scratches on the bottom of the phone. There is also gunk in the lower speaker grills. For being advertised as Excellent quality that’s really disappointing it has these issues.

I was very worried to actually buy this from China. I didn’t know that even had iPhones on Yaphones, but I am currently using it right now and I have been for a couple months now and I absolutely love it. It’s totally worth getting an investing in and being able to buy it straight off and it’s saving hundreds of dollars There is no scratches battery life just the same phone quality is just the same as if you were going to the store because I did end up going into the store to get my daughter one bought one off-line and I bought one in the store and you wouldn’t be able to tell any of the difference

Hi I got it smooth, clean one than expected, but here is what I recommend
Do not set up scanning the previous one. It resulted in freeze and made the phone so hot for long hours. I searched this issue and found that it happens quite often.
Then I couldn’t turn it off, log in.
If you face this issue, do not touch further and bring it to apple shop making appointment.
They helped me to restart, now I manually set up safely.
