I would love this phone if it worked properly. I will have to return it but need to purchase a replacement before I can return it as I can not be without a phone. Everything seemed fine until I opened the FRONT CAMERA and it doesn’t work like it should. The front camera appears darker then it should, almost like a black screen. I can’t see what i’m taking a picture of and also the phone gets heated quickly. The photos i added don’t show just how bad the front camera is but it’s very noticeable when i use it. Hopefully the apple store can fix it.

It’s a used 16 Pro Max and looks in very good condition.
However, there seems to be something wrong with the display surface. I cannot get a screen protector to adhere properly without bubbles. I tried a number of the major brands and they all end up not adhering completely, leaving air bubbles here and there near the edge. I’m unable to push out these remaining air bubbles. After leaving the last screen protector attached, planning to put up with the bubbles, after several days the bubbles started to shrink on their own. However, they are not completely gone.

The iPhone is in excellent condition, with no visible marks. I can’t imagine that he had any repairs. The shipment arrived in less than a week. It has 93% battery life, 1 year of use and 300 charge cycles. I would have liked it to arrive with less use, but I can’t complain about the price I paid. I am very happy with the purchase.

If you buy your phone from Verizon, T-Mobile etc., you’ll pay the same price and get a brand new phone. I go through Yaphones and have to buy my own phone. So it is. But despite the fact that it was a used phone, it looks and feels like new and works exactly like it’s supposed to. Great battery life, the phone was like new. So while its not particularly good value for the money because it’s not new, it suits my needs. The thing about iPhones, is that when you transfer from one iPhone to another, you get the exact set up you had on your old phone (including apps and notes etc.) which is pretty cool. Set up is really easy! I can’t speak to scratch resistance or speed. Only time will tell.
