Barebones packaging. Received device in great condition. Everything’s working! Just a little dent and 2-3 minor scratches on the edges of the phone. No visible scratches on the screen and back panel. I got the battery on 98% which is exceptional. And most annoying thing because of this I am cutting 1 star is the volume buttons and mute slider. They are very mushy and sticky. They might have something red goo in it. Not tactile! needs serious cleaning or may be replacing

The phone was pretty much brand new. No visible dent or scratches. Started right up with no issues. Coming from an iPhone 11, it was a major upgrade and the features including the dynamic island is a plus. The screen quality is fantastic and bright. I bought the blue version and I believe it makes the phone incredibly unique. The type C option is incredibly convenient and made my charger ecosystem that much easier. Overall, when compared to my other options like the IPhone 16 or 17, I feel that this is the best pick, since not only is it good on price, but it is virtually identical to the newer models.

The phone arrived quickly. It was in good condition. I did expect the battery to be closer to 100%. It was 91%. It had approximately 500 charging cycles. It was out of warranty with apple. A non Apple USB-C cable was supplied, but no charger. No warranty was offered.

Almost like new, with a little bit of dirt around the cameras and a tiny scratch on the phone itself. However, I was looking over this phone actually looking for any tiny imperfection lol.
Functions as it should, and is indeed unlocked. I activated mine on Metro by T-Mobile. I factory reset my iPhone when I received it, and it remained showing unlocked.
As for the setup:
That part was a pain in the ass. I upgraded from an iPhone 13, which takes a physical SIM card, to this iPhone 15, which is eSIM only. I had to call Metro by T-Mobile for the steps, since I couldn’t get my service to transfer. If you receive an error message saying your sim/service cannot be transferred, just call your carrier, and they will walk you through the process. Now, I am a happy owner of a very good-conditioned iPhone 15 that has a 91% battery health.

Just remember, you can take your iPhone to a Best Buy near you and have the battery replaced if the phone has 80% battery health or below. My iPhone 13 showed 74% when I upgraded to this iPhone 15.
