Bought this to replace my original 13 Mini which was now nearly 8 years old. The battery had lost capacity and would not fully charge.
I was surprised at the condition of the “new” phone (labeled as “A plus Grade) – no scratches or blemishes at all. Fit right into my existing case and after transferring my data (took about 15 min) it was like “old times”; I was back in business, But a small annoyance that I can get used to, considering the money I saved.

Phone works great and was brand new. I will have to keep a case on it to save from any damages. Setup was a breeze and I was surprised that the battery health is at 100% and lasts longer iPhone. Overall too good purchase!

bought this for someone else, so I can’t speak to it’s performance. However, as new I think it is actually new. Not a mark on it. I hated to touch it and get finger prints on it. I did do a charge and it quickly charged to 100%. It come with a charger. However, I had several spares. Anyhow, looks new, has a year warranty, and a 30 day return. I’ve had a 13 mini for about 4 years and it has been great….and not too big.

This phone is brand new and for its price, it is a good buy. Its aesthetics are 100% good. The battery is 100% and after more than a month of use the equipment works quite well. These mini models, both the 12 and the 13, are a benefit for people with small hands both because of their ease of use and their light weigh

I used this phone for several weeks now and overall I’m happy with my purchase. I wanted a compact phone and the Mini is perfect. The phone has no visual signs damage on the body or the screen (no scratches or other damage). The battery is at 100% and when I checked the Parts & So far I haven’t noticed any glitches with this phone. The phone is running IOS 26.1 which was updated during the data transfer from my old iPhone (which was at IOS 18.6 but no option to stay with older IOS version).
Neurodivergent –
I received the phone and it looked great. Although the packaging could have had some padding in it. There was a loose piece of paper and a phone itself in the box. Other than that it did power on and all data transferred. Within 2 to 3 days, it did not power on at all. We submitted a refund request. We were unable to remove the account because it didn’t power on. Once received, they did get it to power on and we remotely removed the account from Apple. They immediately issued the refund. It was on expected that the phone did not work but they stood behind it and had no problem issuing the week one.

Very good. Works well and it’s the right size for small hands and it doesn’t give much issues. Would definitely get again just maybe a different color

The phone is in immaculate shape and not even a scratch or scuff on body! Love this little phone, using as a back up!!! Highly recommend, even though at first I was hesitant but man this thing is awesome !!

The cell phone arrived without a single detail of aesthetic deterioration and with a 100% battery, as it was new. The box is original and so is the charger they send, for me, having the official products for other Apple devices, it was no inconvenience. I really bought it as a work cell phone so I don’t have to work on my personal phone and it performs perfectly, with the operating system it flies and the battery life I give it (spontaneous use away from home during working hours) gives me up to 2 days between charging, although using it as the main one I did the test and it lasts the full working day.
It was a great purchase, the phone in perfect condition, I recommend it.

bought this iPhone as a gift for a friend, and that’s on me — I didn’t pay close enough attention to the description. It arrived well-packaged but in a box, which was unexpected for me. Other than that, the phone was in pristine condition.
The battery health was also great (100), and it even came with a non-Apple charging cable, which was a nice bonus. Overall, if you’re looking for a brand new, well-functioning iPhone at a fair price, this one is definitely worth the money
