Excellent equipment, I had no problem putting my Telcel SIM, the screen without scratches in the same way as the back. The battery arrived at 100% of its capacity. As for the accessories, they work well, the cable is original and the adapter is generic but functional.

I’m not going to lie I was kinda hesitant to buy a phone that’s used off Yaphones. But this phone is better than the iPhone I bought previously straight from Apple. I’ve had this phone for a while now and I dropped it god knows how many times and have no cracks. Yes I have screen protector and case but even with those my phone would still crack. I don’t remember what the battery life on my phone was when I first got it but it was in the 90s I believe. The phone came exactly like what I expected it to be and more. I thought there would be scratches and damages on it but there was no damage on it (mind you I did want a better quality used phone). Overall I love this phone so much and I’m forever grateful that I was able to get this one for such a cheap price (compared to a new iPhone)

I am very happy with this purchase, i had initially been very VERY hesitant with buying this because of the bad experiences some people had, but it seems like you just have to do your research on the rates on here choose the right phone & color. the one that seems more unproblematic would be the color Graphite , which is the one i got . so i would suggest if you are hesitant about the other colors and the reviews it has gotten, graphite would be more of a better pick. the quality is amazing, battery life is also good, 94% is not bad at all. doesn’t lose battery fast. the phone came so clean it looks brand new, the only thing i pointed out was a little scratch on the edge but nothing at all major. i’m very happy about this!

I have my phone back but I was told they don’t have pacific blue to replace; and I receive the same type pacific blue! and again is messing…. this is not right. I don’t know what to do now, im tired of installing apps and uninstalling again!!

I’m not sure what the definition of “used” is but I would describe this phone as “used with absolutely no physical signs of it.” When I opened the box it didn’t come with anything apple brand. However the phone was IN PERFECT PHYSICAL CONDITION. I’ve had it for about 3 months now and I haven’t had any weird issues arise as, the camera works perfectly fine, it operates exactly as expected. However it is not the same as “original” by apple standards because I know the battery would come at 100% and mine came at 93%. I was not happy about that however the cost of a new battery is $100 so even with that it’s still cheaper than Apple.

First off the phone came in a weird box I thought I got scammed and then checked inside it was an actual iPhone 12 Pro max. I checked the battery capacity, it was 96 which isn’t terrible, the face ID works, everything gets transferred quickly and the camera is great, I love this phone. get this because I wanted an upgrade from my iPhone 8 and this worked amazingly I love it and I think it’s more practical than buying a newer phone.

Very happy with the 12pro max, I bought the phone in good condition for my granddaughter. She checked it over and could not find a mark on it. Battery health is at 100% so we really lucked out there to. Had no problem getting the service transferred over from her old phone. There was only one small detail I wished you guys hadn’t done, that’s update the phone to iOS 26. Still very happy with my purchase.

This is a corrected review. I am not certain that my previous review was posted.
I have discovered that there was noting wrong with my camera on this phone. My Grandson discovered there was a packing protective cover blocking the camera. It should have been removed during setup.
This camera is working as advertised and I am pleased with this purchase. I recommend this phone and have given it a high rating. I am 86 years old and the camera is a bit beyond my my tech abilities, but I am going to enjoy this purchase.

Phone came the next day I really appreciate that. When I got it in came in perfect condition everything works perfectly fine. Battery is at 85% and that’s amazing for an almost 5 year old device. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and I’ll be buying an iPhone pro max 14 next from them.

Reasonable price especially if you grab a deal by negotiating with supplier, shipping was quick and battery life is excellent. I would recommend IPhone 12 based on the price.
