The phone I received was in good shape apart from a few very small scratches on the edge of the phone (normal for used). I purchased a used (A+ Grade) phone to guarantee battery life over 95%, however, this phone had 92.

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the battery health was not above 92% as guaranteed (it was a 95%). Vendor refunded me a bit for this so I kept the phone instead of sending it back

After almost 2 weeks of use I am satisfied with the Yaphones used. I can honestly say that when I got the phone I was impressed because it truly looks new, it does not function as well as it looks. I have not yet returned my old iPhone and may exchange or return this one. I haven’t decided yet. I am hoping that an update will fix the glitch. Maybe im delusional. Phone is very usable but not user friendly at times like you would expect. –
Edit- Returned phone, ordered same phone but the “real deal” from Yaphones.

The IPhone 12 mini arrived in perfect condition. No scratches, no dents just as they advertised. Like, this baby came out of the box brand new ready to transfer my data over. It is a little smaller than my old XS, but honestly I’m glad I bought the mini bc I have small hands and I like this size better. I like the way it looks and feels. The phone functions faster than my XS with no lagging at all. I also bought a back up battery case and privacy screen protectors bc I had them on my old phone and I’m used to them, but it helps keep my screen private and extra battery life when I’m out and about.

Genuinely shocked at how good the phone looks. I bought it as a backup phone, and to also manage my music. Got it at “used” and it genuinely looks amazing. I see literally no scratches on the screen, no scratches on the back, and the phone is at 94% battery health like it said in the description. There are only a few nicks on the metal around the camera, but literally everything else is great. Would recommend if you have a kid, this could be their first phone, or get this as a replacement / backup phone, works amazingly.

The phone which I received arrived in the most pristine condition – such that if it wasn’t in bubble wrap I would have thought it was the newest iPhone. Not a scratch nor crack and it started right up. The price point was also under my budget.

I’ve had this for 2 weeks now and I’ve had zero issues. The battery life is actually better than what’s guaranteed I checked that first, this one is 95%! Everything works the way it should and I am happy with this purchase. So much so I have going to buy 2 more- for my husband and son.

Battery’s Maximum Capacity is at 93%. I purchased used, so I was expecting the battery to be at least in 90’s%. Phone works fine, Based off the Yaphones program all phones should have a battery life of 95%. I wish I could get some discount off my order.

I bought “used” condition which meant it was supposed to have a scratch-free screen. Arrived with a deep gouge and what appears to be an aftermarket screen that doesn’t lay flat. Screen is so uneven the screen protector won’t adhere without large pockets of trapped air. Phone works fine but I’m returning due to screen quality.

Shipping date –
Phone came set to voice over so it was pain getting it set up. For those who don’t know voice over is when it reads out loud everything you touch and you have to touch it twice before it registers. You can’t fix until after setting the phone up and for me it wouldn’t allowing me to scroll down until I changed the settings. The phone overheated right out the package and the battery is at 88% but it is used so it kinda makes sense . It was packaged well and came on time. There was no dings or scratches on the phone. It only came with the charging cord and not the charging box.

Upon arrival everything about this Mini-Apple iphone was great. I have now had it alittle over a month and issues are showing up. The screen shuts down saying it will be available when the “iphone resumes to normal temperature” (or something like that) and the iphone gets warm / to mildly hot.
In order to open the screen I need to hit the front screen numerous times, not always but far more than my original iphone. The camera also does some “inserts” of items unexpected.
I will be checking into new iphone.
