I needed a phone to replace my iphone 7. The red one was a little cheaper than the other colors, and nobody sees it once it’s in the protective case anyway. It arrived a day early, in it’s original box. Phone indicates 100% battery health. It appears to be a brand new phone, just the branded box. I was able to add it to my visible account with no difficulty, and it functions perfectly. The price was right, and I could not be happier.

I purchased this brand new iPhone 12—overall, it’s a great product. The front and back are nearly spotless, with no scratches on the sides. The battery health is at 100%, phone is very reasonable for the price!

I’m very pleased with this product. The face recognition is super fast and the battery life in the iPhone 12 that I ordered is at 100% which was surprising. I am 100% satisfied with this phone and everything. I was really bummed but once I put a tempered glass protector on it I couldn’t notice it even a little. I contacted the company and they offered a refund/return or $20 refund for the trouble and keep the phone. I took the money and kept the phone because, again other than that the phone is flawless and it won’t effect my usage of it. I took off the one star because of the scratch but would almost give it the full 5 because of how well the phone has worked for me and because of the company’s willingness to work with me.

This new phone is excellent quality! It arrived right on time, and when I unboxed it, its brand new. The screen is in perfect condition with little to no visible scratches and no cracks. Plus, it’s the original screen. The battery is 100%, which is ideal, it easily lasts me a full day or more, so I have no complaints. If you’re unsure about the color, I highly recommend the blue—it looks fantastic! The cameras are also impressive, especially in low light. Overall, this phone is a great buy, and I’d definitely recommend it!

We got this phone as a gift for my nephew not knowing what we were getting with a phone from China. When we got the phone I opened it to check the quality and see if it would make a good gift and the phone is good quality. The phone works just as it should, battery life is good for a new phone (lasts 2 days), and it had no scratches on the phone at all. All in all a good purchase will get another for a Christmas present soon.

Very good phone, arrived in excellent packing and brand new condition only because you know that it is from China and came in the original box, hence it completely new, it works perfect, with 100% battery, without a single scratch!

The cell phone arrived with the battery condition at 100%. It does not have a single aesthetic detail. Excellent purchase! I bought it with 0 charging cycles, and warranty until May 2026. I think it’s all a matter of luck. I would definitely risk buying another premium brand new product on Yaphones.

I’ve been using this phone for three days and I’m very happy with it. There has been a learning curve as I upgraded from an iPhone SE2. It’s a bit bigger overall, but the screen has much more room. The only issue was I had to completely restore using iTunes at set up. It took maybe an hour total to download/install iOS 26.0.1 and transfer files from my old phone. To my pleasant surprise, I got a battery that is 100% capacity. That’s wonderful considering this is a brand new phone. Cosmetically the phone is perfect. I’ll update if any issues arise, so if you’re reading this with no update, I highly recommend! Great phone at a great price!

As I was reading these reviews I saw some critical reviews … I can only relate my experience … I have purchased 3 brand new phones from Yaphones … the first was my daughters o phone xr that after 21/2 years an about a million drops it finally broke … just bought her an I phone 12 … bought my wife an I phone 12 1 1/2 years ago and it works perfectly … every phone was flawless front and back … 2 of them had 100% battery life … I would not buy a phone from any place except Yaphones!

This is a good quality brand new phone with great battery life. There were no scratches or other damage and it started right up out of the box. It has great memory and was delivered quickly. It was a great replacement for a phone that met an unfortunate end.

Amazing phone. I’ve dropped it many times with no issue, and I got into a car accident yesterday and the screen didnt even crack. The back is shattered, but as long as I keep my case on it’s fine. Also I love the blue color 🙂 The iPhone 12 has definitely been a nice upgrade from my iPhone SE and worth the money.
