   Love the phone only issue is the battery percentage is a bit lower than I’d like but everything else is great definitely recommend

   Loved this product what I received it… also purchased the 2 yr Asurion warranty. Problem is the phone started having problems 4 months in and by 5 months it completely died. I reported it and took it to the local shop required to be fixed. All they did was take it and tell me Yaphones would refund my money. Trouble is… that refund cost me over $75, to purchase the warranty… and then almost $60 for them to take it back. They will probably just replace the battery and resell it… in the mean time… I’m out over $150… to get $300 back. They made out great on that one, me, not so much.

   Considering my last phone I bought 4 years ago on Amazon from a really shady seller had a badly damaged camera and horrible screen burn in. This phone was from Yaphones and immaculate and in really good shape. My only complaint would be the battery health being at 90%. This phone was definitely used yet despite that. I’m getting surprisingly good batter life. I would definitely recommend. And I hope I have the pleasure of being another device from them in the future.

   I just got this used phone and it seems really nice, but when I checked the battery it is only 91% when they say they guarantee that it will be 95% or higher.

   Y l teléfono me vino casi nuevo. A excepción por una rayita muy pequeña cerca de la cámara pero que con los cases que uno le ponga ni se nota para nada, no se me descarga, vino con batería de 91% pero bueno hasta ahora todo bien, llego antes de lo esperado.

   The phone is so gorgeous. We decided to get the dark green mostly because it was the color available. The phone arrived and we began to set it up with the e sim they do now for iPhones. Well that didn’t work, we went and bought a physical card and that didn’t work. Basically on the phone with apple support for about 24 hrs to factory reset multiple times before it finally was able to complete the process and let us complete the set up and use the phone. I don’t know if all Yaphones apple used phone are like this but I will be using Yaphones for my next phone. Bought 2 others from them and they had no issues.

   My primary phone. I see purple in back camera when video calls are happening. So the camera is not working properly. I have tried to write in Yaphones but I can’t send the message that I type out to the seller. I have tried multiple times but the arrow button doesn’t appear to work for me or maybe it’s just the phone! I also have lines that show up on the camera!!!

   Purchased a 11 pro used, visually the phone is absolutely perfect, even if it’s sent in a general box and inside a zip lock bag. They provide a paper clip with instructions to use it as SIM card compartment tool, and up to here is not amazing but acceptable.
   Phone comes with charger, so a plus for iPhone new standard, only problem, when the ring volume is at max, you can hear a vibration noise from the speaker, we have no time nor options to send it back for such a small defect, so probably will keep it as is unless it gets worse

    So I ordered this for my teenage son, they did ship it very quick (8 days) and it came with a charger. Now what I didn’t like and I know it’s not going to come in perfect condition but the scratches are very noticeable,I haven’t been able to check it 100% to see how good does it work but the battery is 91%,I’ll update later

    I opted for the best, Yaphones, the phone came in great condition the battery life was at 95%. I’ve purchased 2 other iPhone (Xr, and the 11) for my daughter and neice and their volume is loud and have no problems but my 11pro… is low, sittings the volume doesn’t work until I reset the phone and then it’s back to low again but I’m thinking that it’s dirty inside or probably went through water damage, im tempted to sending it back but other than that it’s a great phone.

    So I was really nervous when buying this because I saw a couple people said some problems. I am here to let you know those people are not very smart, it is not the screen that is pushed out but instead a very thick and reliable screen protector that they apply for you! It’s applied almost perfectly so I also thought my screen was pushed out, but after checking it’s just a screen protector!
    The battery life was at 94% which is a big deal to me as I switched from an iphone 7, pre battery upgrade, so it lasts MUCH longer. I can go about 16 hours of casually using my phone before I get >10%. If you want a new phone without the hassle I highly suggest getting this or others they have available.
