Warranty & Returns

Warranty & Return Policy — YA Phones

Warranty Conditions

All YA Phones warranty service products must not have the warranty mark or screws removed without permission.
If the warranty mark is missing or the product is opened without authorization, the warranty will be void.


This policy applies to Retail customers only

(Wholesale buyers are not included.)

  1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the item from the date you received it.
    If the item remains in your possession for more than 7 days, it will be considered used, and we will not issue a refund or replacement.
    There are no exceptions.
    Shipping costs will be shared equally by the buyer and seller.

  2. All returned items must be in the original packaging, and you must provide:

    • The shipping tracking number

    • The specific reason for return

    • Your order ID

  3. We will refund your full purchase amount upon receiving the returned item in its original condition and packaging (including all accessories and components), after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction on AliExpress.
    Alternatively, you may choose a replacement.

  4. We will bear all shipping costs if the product is not as advertised.

Warranty Details

  1. 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty for defective items (excluding damage caused by misuse after receipt).

    • Touchscreen LCDs are not covered under warranty.

    • For iPhones: please ensure your device does not include an iCloud ID. If it does, we cannot assist.

  2. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period.
    You must inform us of the defect and provide your order number.
    We do not repair or replace items with expired warranties.

  3. For refurbished phones, YA Phones does not accept refunds or exchanges — only warranty service applies.
    (Accessories are not included.)

  4. Baseband burnout caused by a software upgrade in a non-Wi-Fi state is not covered by warranty.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Electrical or mechanical damage due to misuse or abuse

  • Damage from force majeure or natural causes

  • Improper repairs done by unauthorized service centers

  • Battery wear or normal-use parts deterioration
