Honestly so surprised with this. It came 6 days after i ordered. The product had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The price is pretty good as well. From the looks of it it’s working well. I was very skeptical ordering a new phone from Yaphones but I am very happy with my purchase! I upgraded from an iPhone XS to the 15 pro. I have had my new iPhone for about 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier! It operates great and I haven’t had any issues. The battery holds up well! Of course with excessive use I have to charge my phone at least once during the day otherwise the battery lasts all day. I am very happy with the size, color, and feel of the phone. It was super easy to transfer all my data to the new phone and didn’t take long at all. The phone is lighter than I thought it would be and love the titanium! I did get a screen protector that didn’t fit well at all but I tried a different brand and the second screen protector actually fit. I was worried the screen on the phone was messed up but it was the screen protector and not the phone. Syncing my new iPhone with all my other devices was extremely easy. I highly recommend buying from this store!

So far so good, apparently I was one of the lucky ones. Battery life is 100% and 0 battery cycles. I had a screen protector on hand so it wouldn’t happen, phone came in excellent quality. Phone was box Packed like the listing said, and was able to put it on my cellular plan without hassle. Pretty good value for the money spent. It’s a generation behind current, and its about half the price if I were to buy brand new from apple store. Pretty happy so far.

I originally ordered a regular iphone 15 but end up returning and ordered a iphone 15 pro. Its listed as brand new with a plus grade, I was really worry I would get one with many cosmetic flaws. Item looked brand new with no minor tiny scratches on it. I’ve only had this phone for 6 days but i haven’t had any issues. More digital zoom was nice, i saw no difference between a test picture with iphone 15 pro and my brothers regular iphone 15, he said mine show more depth. I ultimately picked this phone for usb c port, 15x digital zoom, better precessor. In long run i feel that it would work best with my every day need, mobile app gaming, significant web research. Iphone 15 regular is also a good phone, like most review on youtube would tell you it just bouls down to your must have and budget.

Very impressed.
For nearly same performance (vs new iPhone 16 Pro) I got iPhone 15 Pro in truly brand new for $400 less.
I was skeptical, so I thought to inspect every teeny tiny detail and expected battery health at 100% minimum and that’s exactly what I got. Impressed also because there isn’t a single physical flaw.

Worst case scenario, might need to bring it to Geek Squad in a year or a bit more for a new battery, because why not.

So I know online it says brand new but this thing has to be listed by apple.
Cause the phone has like new screen no scratches, residue, or blemishes it was flawless, the battery was at 100% capacity with no degradation.
But upgrading from a 12 pro this was a wonderful upgrades.
Save your money and get this instead of the 16

I gave them their own. I really was happy with the price. They were original phones so they had the quality of a new phone without me having to pay the price on a apple store. I really like the services of the young man who assisted me in the store And my family members lived out of town so I mailed them the phones and they were able to use them in their happy and they still learning to use them so I would recommend purchasing phones if you have that opportunity and Yaphones stand behind what they sell you and I appreciate that and they get wonderful service. Bought brand new. I thought I ordered a 128 GB phone but in the settings it says 256 GB? I’m not mad about it tho. I’m just glad it wasn’t a vice versa situation. Phone is in excellent condition.
