Cons: Battery health 90% when I got it, which is the minimum promised. Now at 89%.
The top left corner of the screen intermittently seemed less sensitive. Occasionally requires repeated taps in the far top left corner of the screen to get a response.

First off, I had to order the item twice before actually getting the phone. After I received the phone, I charged it, battery percentage was 96%. But the only issue is the screen has some kind of scratches.

The phone is good, it’s has minimun scratches but the only thing that matters is the battery, the post says that all the iphones has a minimum of 95%, the iphone 11 pro max i bought is in 89% :/

HAPPY with my purchase. The box it came in I was scared until I opened it and it was Legit.
Perfect for my son and didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for it. Easy set up phones condition was and felt like new nothing wrong not scratch’s at all

The phone came fast in pristine condition. I used my Mac laptop to restore all data from my old iPhone 8 Plus from a backup… and then I transferred the phone number over. The whole process just took like 1/2 hour. I haven’t had face ID before and I’m impressed. The battery health is 91% which is acceptable and to be expected in a used phone. All in all, I’m very happy with this phone. Now my kid has my old iPhone 8 for playing games and I sort of helped save the environment (ha ha) by buying a used iPhone. I’m a happy camper.

As usual the iPhone comes with a bad charging cord that does not look like an Apple phone this is a pet peeve of mine. None iPhone chargers are too expensive for the time they last. So if you buy, be prepared to buy a good long lasting charger from Apple.

Some phones are used harder than others and many people don’t let their batteries run to almost zero affecting the battery life. The phone I received battery according to the phone is down to 92% efficiency. It is a used phone, in excellent condition and came with a return sticker in the box so if it was that big a deal to me I could have easily sent it back. I thought that was a big plus from the company I bought it from because being used phones you never know if issues may pop up in a couple of weeks. I’m happy with it so far, it looks brand new.

I can not afford a new $1200 iPhone, nor do I require the fastest latest greatest cell phone offers. With that being said, I’m very happy with my purchase, this iPhone 11 Pro Max easily upgraded to the latest IOS. I search several YouTube sights, if you need to transfer your old iPhone information over to your new one, I did the (side by side) transfer and it only took 9 minutes. Super easy. Everything transferred, super easy. Very happy with my purchase.

Product was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as described came with at least 98% battery health for both devices. One of the devices came with the screen protector one didn’t which is not a huge deal. These phones don’t look like they’ve ever been touched. They honestly look like they’ve sat on a shelf for a long time. No damage of scratches or even signs of light use. The touchscreen is 100% operational and no Face ID issues as far as I can see. Honestly, huge W was very skeptical at first as I’ve already been scammed by one refurbished IPhone seller on Amazon. I will do business with this Yaphones again if I’m looking for another used phone in the future.

After receiving my phone and booting it up it warned me that my screen was not an Apple product. The screen would become garbled and then go blank. The phone would then reboot itself. I contacted the seller and was emailed a return label. They informed me that they were out of the green color that I ordered, would I mind having space gray instead. I told them I didn’t care what color the phone was just as long as it worked. I received my replacement phone in a timely manner and have been testing it for the last couple of weeks. I have had no problems with this phone, it’s in amazing shape and I couldn’t be happier. To top off the amazing customer service the original phone I had ordered was 256GB and I discovered that the replacement phone is 512GB!
