1. Pre-owned/used, as good as new – Refurbished by manufacturer, remanufactured by Foxconn and our factory.
Indistinguishable from new. The screen is without scratches. The product is delivered in original (sealed) packaging. The battery has been charged up to 10 times. Technically completely in order.

2. Refurbished: As good as new
Almost indistinguishable from new. The screen is scratch-free. The product comes with a battery capacity of at least 95%. Technically completely in order.

3. Used lightly
Minimal signs of wear such as light scratches or minimal dents. The screen may be scratched, but only visible from a certain angle. The product comes with a battery capacity of at least 95%. Technically completely in order.

4. Visibly used
No clearly visible signs of use such as a dent on the corner or deeper scratches on the housing. May also scratch the screen, but not visible when the screen is on. The product comes with a battery capacity of at least 95%. Technically in order, a great choice if appearance is less important to you.

Warranty does not cover electrical or mechanical damage resulting from misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, damage due to force majeure or natural forces, or inadequate repairs performed by unauthorized service centers.

Batteries and wear of parts due to normal use are not covered by our warranty.

We offer one year warranty in all other consequences.

Refurbishment

Yaphone’s refurbishment process ensures that even used products are just as good as new, allowing you to continue using old systems that are not supported anymore. We test, clean, and inspect every product that comes into our warehouse before we send out it. Our Engineering design level step program starts at the careful selection of original factory (Apple/samsung/google pixels), and ends with the packaging process, where we use custom made crates and anti-static materials to protect products during shipping.

Testing

Our products have to pass various tests before they can go in stock. Our technicians use a variety of diagnostics tools to make sure every product is ready for use, and passes our high quality standards. We test every product upon arrival, and if a product is configured, it is tested again to make sure the configuration was successful, and the equipment works as intended.

Configuration

Our technicians are ready to accommodate your wishes, and configure the products so they fit your existing setup. We are able to do anything between simply switching a host bus adapter and a full system build up. We have many years of experience with configurations, and we are ready to do our best to match your requirements. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any special requests.

Cell phones condition difference in Detail:

1 Brand New:

A brand-new, unused, unopened Phone is in its original packaging. Packaging would be the same as what is found in other stores, unless the item is handed over to a reseller and was packaged by the reseller in retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. 
Brand new Apple/Samsung/Google Pixels phones are seal Packed and have their original Packing.
New apple/samsung/google pixeel produces have One year (365 days) warranty from their respective companies.

2. Pre-owned/used:

An item that is pre-used or has been professionally restored to working order by our Company. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in the original packaging. 

We also offer one year warranty on Pre-used phones.

The phone system itself takes some storage of it, cache also takes storage, and that is why the storage you see may be less than what you paid for.

But please don’t worry,  the phone is absolutely what you paid for in our store .

Our profit is very limited due to the shipping costs, after-sell services and our high Quality requirement about our products.

We can give you wholesale  price if your order is more than 5 pieces.
